Geotab is seeking a Procurement Intern who will help support the procurement team and will be responsible for coordinating wiki and tasks related to purchase order management along with collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Currently enrolled in/recently completed a Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Prior internship or work experience in procurement, supply chain or a related field is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
As a Procurement Intern your key area of responsibility will be assisting on procurement related tasks and order management. This position will also handle working closely with the buyers for updating procurement wiki, workflow process and documents when needed. Additionally, this position will support buyers with purchase order management and analytical tasks as needed, utilize resource planning software tools, and ensure that purchase orders ETAs align with requirements.
To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders, negotiation skills for participating in supplier discussions, problem-solving abilities for addressing discrepancies, time management and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adaptability and resilience to work under pressure, and relationship-building skills for fostering positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams. In addition, the successful candidate will have analytical skills for analyzing procurement data, knowledge of resource planning software tools like Microsoft Dynamics D365, attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in order details and records maintenance, understanding of procurement processes and industry trends, basic financial literacy for managing purchase orders and invoices, and familiarity with project management concepts for supporting special projects and initiatives.
12 month work-term beginning May 2026.
Full-time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.
