Senior Counsel

Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and address “over-the-horizon” risks that could impact business objectives

Proven ability to build trusted relationships and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability with cross-functional partners

Role model for company culture and norms, including ownership and constructive partnership with the business

Minimum of 7 years of relevant corporate and/or commercial legal experience, including significant in-house experience

Experience across a broad range of legal matters relevant to consumer companies, including commercial transactions, direct-to-consumer businesses, and data privacy (prior experience in the consumer packaged goods industry is a plus, but not required)

Serve as a key business partner and advisor to select members of the Mammoth Care executive team and commercial functions across the business unit

Advise on, draft and negotiate commercial transactions and agreements across a variety of subject matter areas, balancing legal risk with business priorities

Manage data privacy matters arising within relevant business functions, including advising on data privacy questions and negotiating data privacy addendums

Develop and implement processes and strategies to provide efficient legal support for Mammoth Care’s commercial activities

Collaborate closely with Mammoth Brands enterprise-wide legal functions on employment, intellectual property and litigation matters affecting the Mammoth Care business unit to ensure optimal business and legal outcomes
