Responsibilities

As a Creative Strategist, you’ll sit at the intersection of performance and brand, creating content that is both engaging and commercially effective.

You’ll use data, audience insight, and a strong understanding of social platforms to develop and iterate on creative that drives growth across channels like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Develop insight-led creative strategies using performance data, audience trends, and competitor analysis

Lead the end-to-end creative process from ideation and concept development, through to final asset delivery

Create and iterate on platform-native content optimized for channels like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

Own the creative testing roadmap, running A/B tests and continuously refining creative based on performance
