Employee Relations Business Partner

5+ years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in employee relations or HR business partner roles in dynamic, high-growth environments

Ability to collaborate across levels and departments to support ER strategies and outcomes

Experience with HR tools, including case management systems (e.g., HR Acuity)

Assist with tracking feedback, conducting research, compiling data, and coordinating updates with internal stakeholders.

Support cross-functional partners by preparing resources, scheduling meetings, and tracking follow-ups

Assist in ER investigations and observe interviews under the guidance of senior ER team members

Collaborate with Learning & Development and Legal to support ER-related training initiatives.

Assist in preparing materials and managing logistics for sessions on topics such as investigations, policy adherence, and performance management

Maintain accurate case records in HR Acuity, ensure documentation meets compliance standards, and produce routine reports

As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will play a critical supporting role on the Employee Relations team. You’ll assist with the day-to-day employee relations operations, ensuring we maintain a fair, compliant, and supportive workplace. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to learn the foundations of employee relations and contribute substantially across multiple areas.

This role is based in our Chicago, IL office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
