You have 6-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics; high growth startup experience preferred
Expert SQL experience required

Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality, actionable insights that support Sales and advertisers across campaign reporting, QBRs, and partner-driven analytics. This role is deeply embedded with Account Management / Sales teams, ensuring advertisers clearly understand performance, opportunities, and next steps across DoorDash’s Ads & Promotions products. You will own the end-to-end insights experience for CPG and Rx advertisers, translating data into clear narratives, benchmarks, and recommendations that drive advertiser confidence, retention, and growth. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Measurement to ensure insights are accurate, scalable, and aligned to evolving advertiser needs, while maintaining a strong focus on execution quality and speed.
As a people manager, you will build and lead a high-performing Insights team, setting standards for analytical rigor, storytelling, and operational excellence. You will help scale insights delivery through improved processes, templates, and tooling, enabling the team to support a growing book of business without sacrificing quality.

Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach all DoorDash audiences (consumer, dasher, and merchant). This role will be responsible for managing the team that supports our CPG & Restaurant Advertisers and the DoorDash Partnership team on business insights and marketing analytics.
