Responsibilities

Reports verbal or physical abuse of a resident to the Nurse Manager/team leader or Director of Nursing immediately.

Observation of resident's condition and communicating changes to nurse.

Vital signs, catheter care, appropriate application and use of safety devices.

Meets standards for NA/R performance.
