Requirements
Prioritize product features by analyzing customer needs and breaking them down into functional stories working closely with the Product Owner roles.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is
$123,800 - $198,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.

Responsibilities
The Product Manager is directly responsible for the success of mainframe foundational products by a strong collaboration and partnership with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales, to deliver relevant industry leading features in alignment with our Value Steam strategy.
Success in this job requires identifying market driven use cases and service offerings for the product set, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and driving customer adoption.
This role requires strong mainframe background, understanding of the B2B business environments, software sales, licensing & contracts, and skills to develop healthy relationships with key enterprise customers and partners.
