Officially, we title this job a Dietary Cook, but in other centers it may be called Line Cook or even an entry level Chef.

What we need from you

(ServSafe) Food Handler

1 year of experience as a Cook/Chef in a healthcare facility

or commercial/central kitchen

Basic knowledge of computer-based

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT.  We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.

Orientation Note

:  Our New Employee Orientations are held every other Wednesday, starting at 10:30am.  You will need to attend the full day.

Hourly Wage:

$15.00 + a full benefit package
