Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of various business units, to include understanding their structure, processes, and operations, and interpreting their rules, requirements, and workflows to help the business achieve their goals and resolve their business challenges via information technology solutions.
The goal is to achieve a higher level of standardization, centralization, and simplification across key systems and business processes which significantly impact operations from end to end.
This role acts as a liaison between the business and technology functions of the company.
Leads and conducts design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and support of strategic projects utilizing the defined software development life cycle (SDLC).
Identify and recommend areas of process improvements by analyzing industry and company best practices.
Participates in the deployment of IT solutions to include requirements gathering, system configuration, data cleansing/conversion, training, and deployment.
