Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting exempt and non-exempt roles.
Proven ability to proactively source and pipeline talent using social media and direct outreach.
Experience supporting multiple functions and managing a high volume of requisitions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across corporate, retail, and distribution operations.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Create compelling job postings aligned with the company's brand voice and culture.
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles.
Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
