Requirements
Conduct contractual analysis to inform contractor workforce integration, readiness and planning, for Games time operations.
Serve as the primary liaison between LA28 and contractor organizations, ensuring contractors understand workforce expectations, reporting requirements, contractual workforce commitments, and Games-time workforce policies.
Cross-Functional Capability & Integration
Collaborate with other team members to ensure operational systems align with contractual obligations.
Partner with contractor organizations, venue teams, and supplier partners to understand labor requirements, staffing commitments, union relationships, and expectations.
Monitor trends in labor law, collective bargaining, and industry practices that may impact contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
Contractual Analysis & Risk Management
Review, analyze, and interpret labor-related terms and obligations across relevant LA28 contracts, with expanded emphasis on supplier and service agreements that address contractor workforce deployment, staffing commitments, union requirements, reporting obligations, and Games-time labor deployment.
Monitor contractor workforce commitments, readiness indicators, and contractual workforce requirements to identify emerging issues, gaps, dependencies, and areas requiring stakeholder action to support successful contractor mobilization and Games-time readiness.
Establish and maintain contractor‑specific tracking systems and dashboards to monitor fulfillment of labor obligations, workforce reporting requirements and readiness milestones throughout pre‑Games and Games‑time operations.
Develop and maintain a centralized repository of labor-related contractual obligations, including contractor workforce provisions, service commitments, decision rights, reporting requirements, and expectations, ensuring cross-functional teams have clear visibility into contractor responsibilities and obligations.
Establish and manage contractor workforce escalation pathways, ensuring workforce issues are appropriately triaged, routed, tracked, and resolved through the appropriate stakeholders to support workforce readiness and operational continuity.
