UI Frontend Engineer - Associate

2+ years software engineering experience building enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions

2+ years of hands-on experience with React

1+ years of experience with JavaScript state management tools (React Query, Redux, Mobx, etc.)

1+ years of test automation development

Comfortable with modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows, with the judgment to apply AI strategically where it improves productivity, quality, and decision-making

Collaborative approach to software development

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. iCapital is looking to hire a frontend-focused Associate to join the Structured Investments & Annuities Technology team.

This role will work on building the frontend of our platform in ReactJS.

This work may be in support of new feature development, defect resolution, or UX enhancements as prioritized by the business.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Product Management and UX Design teams throughout the software development process, detailing requirements, reviewing work in progress, and addressing issues found via manual test efforts.

The role will need to pay close attention to consistency and detail in implementation of design and UX specifications, along with functional requirements.

Build application features and reusable UI components in React 18+.
