Requirements

Professional Experience

: 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, recruitment operations, or growth-focused roles, including managing high-volume funnels and translating data into operational strategy.

Analytical and Growth Thinking

: Strong ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actions that improve conversion, efficiency, and enrollment outcomes across a high-volume funnel.

Experimentation and Optimization:

Experience designing and running experiments (e.g., messaging, timing, channel mix) to improve conversion rates and funnel performance.

Responsibilities

As the Recruitment & Growth Operations Coordinator, your mandate is clear: to build, optimise, operate, and continuously improve the systems that drive high-volume enrollments across ALX programs, with success measured against ambitious recruitment targets.

You will sit at the intersection of data, marketing operations, and growth execution, using insights to improve conversion, guide outreach strategies, and ensure we reach the right talent at the right time. You will design and manage the recruitment data infrastructure that tracks the full lifecycle of our applicant pool and informs decision-making across marketing and sales teams.

You will build the systems, processes, and operational workflows that power the recruitment funnel, including performance tracking, call center operations, communication automation, and conversion optimization.
