2–3 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ application onboarding.
Solid understanding of IAM principles, governance models, and enterprise security requirements.
Experience with Web Services, Oracle EBS, LDAP, JDBC, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities
Leads end-to-end onboarding efforts, including requirements gathering, solution design, connector configuration, workflow development, and deployment.
Performs detailed entitlement analysis, access mapping, and attribute modeling to ensure applications are accurately represented within the IAM ecosystem.
Configures and validates provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, and lifecycle event processes while troubleshooting advanced issues related to connectivity, schema discovery, and rule execution.
Collaborates closely with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure integrations meet functional, security, and compliance standards.
