Responsibilities

IEM is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) Coordinator to oversee and streamline our returns process within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring returned materials are processed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards.

Processing and following up on any open RMA orders

Working closely with internal departments such as production, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and accounting to close RMA orders

Manually load or unload RMA orders from pallets, skids, or other lifting devices

Process changes in ERP system (INFOR)
