Responsibilities
The North Carolina Associate Organizing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a statewide organizing plan and will manage all aspects of the campaign’s organizing program from managing Organizers to GOTV and Election Day activities.
They will lead the design and execution of a comprehensive statewide organizing plan to engage and mobilize voters, directly manage and support Organizers across North Carolina, and collaborate with state and national leadership to strengthen organizing efforts, track progress through data systems, and ensure effective communication and alignment on key goals.
