Conduct research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through methods such as journey mapping, persona development, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing

Lead or contribute to stakeholder interviews, workshops, UX audits (including AI-readiness evaluations), user testing and research synthesis

Define and evolve information architecture, including content hierarchies, structured content planning, and navigation strategy

Create key UX deliverables such as user flows, journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, and low-fidelity prototypes

Contribute to the design of AI-first experiences, including prompt journeys, GPT discovery flows, and conversational UIs

Design conversion-optimized experiences, including eCommerce flows, PLPs/PDPs, and filtering or cart functionality
