The annual base pay range for this position will be based on the desired experience level for this role. Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy, Planning & Communication
Work closely with Senior Director, Industrial Marketing to develop, activate, and execute the annual Industrial Marketing Strategy and Communications Plan using an OGST (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Tactics) framework.
Develop and manage annual and quarterly project‑specific marketing budgets aligned with campaign objectives, business forecasts, and ROI expectations.
Lead the execution of industrial marketing and communications initiatives, including regional and national advertising campaigns, press releases, and media opportunities specific to Beedie Ontario operations.
Support content creation for Beedie’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) in collaboration with a third‑party social media consultant.
Oversee email marketing campaigns through Beedie’s CRM and email marketing platforms.
