Responsibilities

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading profitable growth across assigned channels and national customers for Nature’s Bakery.

This leader defines channel strategy, owns senior customer relationships, and drives commercial execution through account teams operating across direct, broker-led, and hybrid coverage models.

Deliver annual and multi-year targets for Net Sales, Earnings, Share, and Distribution

Set and execute channel and customer growth strategies aligned with enterprise priorities

Own senior customer relationships and lead Joint Business Planning for key national accounts

Drive results across core commercial levers including distribution, pricing, assortment, shelving, and merchandising execution
