Responsibilities
The Senior EHS Program Manager – Construction works directly with Construction Managers and Superintendents within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) group, reporting to the EHS Director.
This role partners with customers at utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction projects to ensure client EHS requirements are fully met and to help prevent onsite incidents.
The Senior EHS Program Manager also manages project site EHS Specialists in the execution of their duties.
Lead a team of on-site Construction Safety Specialists across multiple energy storage projects in the U.S.
Coordinate site-specific safety plan requirements with customers, project GCs, and self-perform teams and ensure plan is executed at the site level
Ensure site audits, inspections, and engagement activities align with the project EHS program
