Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics engineering, product planning, or supply chain project management.
PMP certification desired; Agile PM certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) strongly preferred.
Proven success managing complex, multi-departmental projects and product lifecycle logistics planning.
Strong financial acumen and experience with CAPEX planning and budget ownership.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $95,000.00 - $120,000.00

Responsibilities
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Coordinate end-to-end logistics planning projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
Represent logistics interests in product sourcing decisions, Model Line meetings and make vs buy analysis.
Coordinate the Evolution of logistics costs, related to Aeko evaluations and KPIs related to product changes.
Coordinate the evaluation of part changes from a logistics perspective, including packaging, routing, warehouse impact, and material flow.
Coordinate change management processes for part changes, including impact assessments, budget planning, and implementation tracking.
