Senior Software Engineer - Chorus

7+ years of industry software development experience; B.S.

Java and Python in production settings (deep expertise in one and working proficiency in the other, with a track record of ramping fast on new stacks)

3+ years building distributed systems and microservices at scale

4+ years of cloud experience (AWS/GCP) — a must

Solid experience with both SQL and NoSQL stores (Mongo, Elasticsearch)

Strong grasp of RESTful API design standards and event-driven architecture

Design, build, and deploy complex distributed systems across both domains

Build high-volume streaming data processing services using Kafka to handle millions of engagement data points per day

Design and implement real-time engagement-to-CRM entity mapping systems

Develop robust Java-based microservices that integrate tightly with data storage solutions

Build and own Python backend services and RESTful APIs handling millions of customer requests per day

Build third-party integrations with major conference providers using their SDKs
