Requirements

10+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in software or cloud delivery.

Proven ability to build strong sales partnerships and drive PS revenue in a pre-sales capacity.

Demonstrated experience with partner ecosystems and delivering outcomes in co-delivery models.

Track record of managing delivery organizations with measurable improvements in margin, utilization, and CSAT.

Experience with identity and access management (IAM), cybersecurity, or cloud platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Ping Identity is seeking a strategic and execution-focused regional Director of Professional Services to lead a region on our services team.

This individual will play a critical leadership role in driving bookings, delivering outstanding customer outcomes through co-delivery with partners, and elevating the execution and scalability of our delivery operations.

As a core member of the PS leadership team, this role is instrumental in growing revenue, improving margin, and developing top talent within the region.
