Responsibilities
Autodesk is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the teams building and scaling our Opportunity to Order (O2O) platform — the backbone of how Autodesk's sales organization creates opportunities, generates quotes, and converts them into contracts and revenue.
Powered by Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and CLM, the O2O platform connects our internal sales teams and channel partners to downstream billing, provisioning, and ERP systems at global scale.
You will own the strategy and execution of this platform end-to-end — from architecture and engineering excellence to team growth and cross-functional alignment.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of sales technology, revenue operations, and AI-driven transformation.
You'll collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales Operations, and Finance, and you'll serve as a key voice in Autodesk's broader engineering community.
Define the long-term vision and scalability roadmap for Autodesk's Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and CLM platforms
