Barback

Knowledge of bar operations, service standards, and basic food & beverage preparation

Must be able to create and serve drinks and food in a timely manner

Prior experience in a bar, nightclub, or restaurant environment preferred

Must be personable and proactive in providing guests with the highest level of customer service

The Barback is responsible for stocking, organizing, and maintaining bar supplies while assisting bartenders in delivering efficient, high-quality service to guests.

The Barback works behind the scenes to anticipate needs, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere.

Stock bar items, including beverages, garnishes, glassware, and paper products

Refill ice bins and monitor supply levels throughout the shift

Anticipate bartender needs and provide timely assistance to support smooth service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage rooms, and equipment
