Creates high-quality motion graphics, animations, MoGRTs, and visual effects that align with project objectives and brand standards.

Applies and shares best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across teams and platforms.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with Regional Marketing Directors and the Head of Consumer Marketing to understand business needs, champion design best practices, and develop scalable creative solutions that empower creative producers across our organization.

Duties will include guiding team projects as the project lead and serving as the design lead for pilot projects and larger scoped initiatives.

Provide guidance and support to other designers, helping to develop their skills and enhance the overall team output.
