Business Intelligence Lead

8 or more years of technical experience using Power BI and SQL.

1 or more years of technical experience using Power Automate.

Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations.

Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction.

Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data.

Experience with DAX Studio, including its use for Power BI performance tuning, DAX query analysis, troubleshooting, and data model optimization.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$117,600 - $161,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.

You will apply analytical and problem-solving expertise to navigate complex new and existing business challenges, leveraging data to uncover solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support strategic business decision-making.

Analyze complex business problems by leveraging data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

Translate business requirements into scalable Business Intelligence solutions with moderate to high levels of complexity.

Partner with executive leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven recommendations that support enterprise objectives.

Develop and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve visibility into business performance.
