Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or process, or hands on field experience with generator equipment installation, operation, and maintenance

The GP Technical Training Delivery Team is chartered with delivery of state-of-the-art employee technical training courses providing safe, high quality, capable field service representatives for the GP business to apply across the energy cycle.

Responsible for development and delivery of both entry level and advanced technical training courses on GE Generator equipment for FE, customer, and OSS training candidates.

Manage, troubleshoot, repair and maintain Gen lab equipment for GP Training Equipment at facilities to be determined based on business needs.

Work closely with Leadership and Product Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to deliver current, cutting edge technology training to meet fulfillment needs

Act as the primary GS subject matter expert (SME) and liaison between Training Delivery Team and Leadership & Development Team in the creation and modification of training content for new and existing technology.

Integrate Field Engineering e-tools, reporting, service notice and other business processes into the training programs.
