Responsibilities
The Client Services department partners with customers to ensure long-term success. Client Services Specialists are responsible for guiding and assisting participants throughout the entire verification process by communicating between the client and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely, successful delivery of solutions and resources. Additionally, Specialists play a key role by utilizing their knowledge of the database systems and service divisions to provide solutions that both benefit the customers’ needs and the company’s goals.
Managing incoming calls and emails for client assistance
Knowledge in lower-level technical evaluation guidance
Database management and navigation
Able to handle escalated situations and redirect to appropriate internal departments
