Customer Service Associate / Temporary

One year of front desk/customer service experience in a medical setting preferred

Must work well with the other patient care team members

Familiarity with medical/dental terminology preferred

Exhibits excellent customer service

Computer systems applications (MS Office, PowerPoint, Chrome, etc.)

Customer Service Associate

(CSA) is responsible for creating a positive first impression, exhibiting excellent customer service, and promoting a pleasing experience for Salud patients.

The CSA approaches his/her tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.
