Basic Qualifications:
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Broadcasting & Communications, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Systems Engineer - related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
Telecommunication like E911 and SBC;
Advanced Microsoft 365 Services;
Scripting and automation experience in PowerShell;

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Responsibilities
Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Systems Engineer (multiple openings) in New York, New York to:
Architect, plan, and migrate legacy video conference infrastructure to the cloud.
Support MTR and AV systems in conference rooms, auditoriums, studios, training rooms, and open collaboration spaces.
Provide engineering support for live events using Microsoft Teams Live Events.
Help administer and set policies for MS Teams, Microsoft Voice, and Audiocodes.
Support telephony infrastructure for softphones and desk phones for end-users.
