Kentucky (Waitlist) - Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

You must have an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Kentucky state and 2+ years prescribing experience

Active DEA and individual NPI number

Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application

Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one

Reliable internet connection

Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate

$110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination - 45-60 min)

$30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient, depending on the length of the session (Evaluation and Management - 10-49 min)

Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure

Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients

Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans

Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed
