Optimizing ZRL’s project environment through development and implementation of PMO management systems and working with ZRL Leadership to deliver strategic projects through effective management and tracking of the entire ZRL portfolio.

Collaborate with the ZRL Leadership Team to evaluate proposed projects and initiate approved strategic projects, including setting priorities, scoping, timing, and resourcing.

Implement and manage systems for project reporting and evaluation.

Coordinate closely with the ZRL Product Management team to align resources and capital, ensuring successful project outcomes and delivery of the ZRL strategy.

Development of project plans and forecasts.

During project implementation, oversight of projects including project budgets and tracking of project expenses.
