In this lead role, you will manage a team of document and compliance specialists and oversee the full document control program to ensure documents, records, and procedures are maintained in compliance with federal, institutional, and nuclear facility requirements.

This position is in the Superblock (SBK) within the Strategic Deterrence Directorate.

Oversee the full document lifecycle, including creation, drafting, review, approval, distribution, tracking, archival, retention, and destruction.

Ensure document control and records management practices support compliance with federal regulations, institutional requirements, nuclear facility safety bases, and internal procedures.

Manage document routing, revision control, inventories, metadata, and traceability using electronic systems such as ELM-U and other EDMS tools.
