Global Payroll Director

Successfully led system optimization initiatives and established payroll processes in new countries from the ground up.

Experience with creating and running customized Workday reports that are needed for all tax, compliance, and regulatory purposes.

Working knowledge of payroll accounting / general ledger activities.

This role will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end payroll operations across the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia, as well as managing a team of payroll specialists.

You will report to the Corporate Controller and partner cross-functionally as we continue to build a world-class, scalable payroll process to support our continued high growth.

Own the end-to-end payroll process for a 2000+ employee company operating in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Establish best in class reconciliations, internal controls, and review processes for each pay cycle.

Lead year-end processing including W-2s, P60s, T4s, and other country specific reporting requirements.

Partner with the HRIS team to maintain system integrity and data accuracy.
