Location
It is preferred, but not mandatory for this role to be based out of a KIPP Foundation office. This role has the option of working from a remote office full-time. KIPP Foundation offices are in NYC and Chicago.

Responsibilities
KIPP Foundation's Data & Technology team is working toward a future where leaders across the network have seamless, secure, and equitable access to the data they need to drive student success.
The Manager of Regional Data Operations plays a key role in delivering on that vision by executing and continuously improving the data and assessment operations that enable a reliable flow of high-quality data for national initiatives and organizational decision-making.
Working closely with the Director of Regional Data Operations, this role owns day-to-day implementation of assessment builds, regional readiness operations, and data compliance workflows.
The Manager is a hands-on executor who brings operational excellence, systems thinking, continuous improvement, and collaboration to high-volume, detail-oriented work.
This role reports to the Director of Regional Data Operations.
