Required High School Diploma or GED.  Additional education preferred.

4-5 years clerical experience

Microsoft Office experience is required; computer knowledge is essential.

Organizational and Administrative knowledge required.

Ability to work well with people.

Responsibilities

Serves as the SQF Document Administrator for Sacramento Plant.

Manage raw milk and bulk ingredient receiving, inventories in BPCS, and balancing.

Settle cream sales with vendors and post to DSR.

Backup for AP. Enter invoices into the spending spreadsheet and SAP. Scan invoices to AP.  Track past due invoices and verify payment.

Backup for Receptionist. Answering phones and checking in visitors.

Backup for Shoe/Eyewear voucher program. Create and track shoe and eyewear vouchers for new and existing employees.
