Over one year of experience in a vehicle manufacturing/industrial environment.

Previous experience operating and repairing diesel trucks and/or farm equipment.

Ability to read mechanical drawings using AXIS or other CAD viewing software.

Proactively research and learn process and product standards to serve as the local subject matter expert.

Identify potential quality issues or opportunities for improvement.

Research, analyze and report prioritized issues.

Serve as production support to contain and prevent issues.

Drive root cause corrective action cross-functionally to ensure continuous product quality improvement.

Ensure all quality gauges and equipment calibrations are up to date.
