As a key member of the EcoVadis Legal Team, the Legal Counsel Expert reports to the Head of Legal.

You will provide legal support for transactional, compliance, and governance matters, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders across the organization.

Provide legal advice, serving as lead lawyer on legal requests

Provide legal guidance on contract risks and commercial solutions, helping Sales team identify appropriate approaches while balancing business objectives and legal requirements

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, contract addenda, NDAs, termination letters and other customer - facing document

Maintain contract templates, oversee internal approval workflows, and collaborate with insurance brokers on contractual endorsements
