Construction to Permanent Financing experience a plus

As the Assistant Processing Manager for Portfolio, you are a boots on the ground leader for both new and experienced processors.

You know portfolio guidelines extremely well, which for us means chattel and land home products.

You work directly with team members to keep loans efficient, high quality, and closing on time, all while following Cascade's Commitment to Service.

You report to the Processing Manager and keep them informed on how the team is doing and where it is struggling.
