Senior Accounting Manager

8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including meaningful experience at a high-growth technology or SaaS company.

Mix of Big 4 and corporate accounting experience preferred.

Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving accounting processes, systems, or teams from the ground up.

Enthusiasm for process optimization and financial automation at scale.

Experience with NetSuite.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Own and continuously improve the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.

Build and evolve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a high-growth, IPO-bound company.

Identify gaps in existing processes and proactively design and implement solutions even when there is no established playbook.

Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies.

Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
