Requirements

8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business strategy, strategic planning, product strategy, or strategic finance.

5 years within gaming, entertainment, media, or technology.

Demonstrated experience developing strategic recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analysis that influence executive decision-making.

Proven ability to develop executive presentations, strategic narratives, and decision-support materials that communicate complex analyses with clarity and influence senior leadership.

Strong understanding of the interactive entertainment industry, including market dynamics, consumer trends, digital platforms, live-service games, and emerging technologies.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across product, technology, finance, marketing, legal, and other business functions.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that shape the long-term direction of Disney Games & Digital Entertainment.

Identify growth opportunities, evaluate emerging business models, and develop strategic recommendations that directly influence executive decision-making and investment priorities.

Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership by developing executive narratives, strategic recommendations, business cases, and Board-level materials that inform critical business decisions.

Leverage market research, vendor analytics, competitive intelligence, and business performance data to identify strategic opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies and business models, and inform product planning and investment decisions.

Partner cross-functionally with product, technology, finance, marketing, legal, and Disney Entertainment teams to align strategic priorities and drive key business initiatives.

Influence senior leaders across Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Disney Entertainment to align strategic priorities, resolve complex business challenges, and drive execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
