Procurement Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred.

2–5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience in a GMP or regulated environment.

Experience handling high-volume purchase orders and vendor coordination in a GMP environment.

Familiarity with procurement systems or ERP platforms.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Strive Outsourcing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support purchasing operations and vendor management. This role will be responsible for coordinating equipment and mechanical part procurement, onboarding and managing vendors, generating high volumes of purchase orders, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing a large volume of transactions, and can work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to maintain efficient procurement workflows.

Coordinate and manage ordering of equipment and mechanical parts to support operational needs.

Generate and manage high volumes of purchase orders (POs) for multiple vendors.

Work with vendors to obtain physical quotes when required, even when internal systems may not require physical POs.
