Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
5+ years of management experience in financial services, compliance, or payments operations; iGaming or sports betting experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of payment systems, chargeback mitigation, and risk management.
Understanding of iGaming and sports wagering payment flows and customer behaviors.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the Risk & Payments team, meeting key performance and compliance metrics.
Supervise and mentor team supervisors to promote performance, development, and process adherence.
Oversee manual withdrawal workflows, KYC reviews, and fraud escalations, ensuring compliance without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
Partner with the Fraud Manager to refine fraud detection strategies and manage chargebacks and disputes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Fraud, Product, and Technology teams to evolve payment rules, enhance reporting, and improve platforms like RSI RushPay.
Manage VIP payment programs to ensure high-value customers receive efficient, low-friction service.
