Design scalable, collaborative, and social online learning experiences used by Fortune 500 companies, universities, and training organizations

Own 1-2 major projects at any time, serving as the design lead who shapes solutions from initial problem exploration through final implementation

Partner closely with the product management team to frame problems, define project scope, explore multiple design approaches, and make well-reasoned recommendations

Provide production-ready mocks and assets, and work closely with engineers to balance quality and feasibility

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and understand user goals

Help shape the future of our product by contributing to product strategy and roadmap discussions
