Building Engineer

3+ years of working as a facilities tech, building engineer, or in building maintenance and repairs.

Nice to have:

Valid Driver's License

Knowledge of Building Automation and Management Systems (BAS and BMS)

Strong working knowledge of applicable safety regulations and procedures

The Building Engineer will work closely with the Senior Building Engineer and facilities team to support all facilities related to our buildings and equipment. The Building Engineer must have strong problem-solving and communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. This person will have great customer service abilities and technical knowledge. It is his or her duty to make sure the building’s equipment and amenities are always in excellent working conditions.

Assist the senior building engineer and senior facilities manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed.

Support and supervision with external contacts as needed.

Assist with facility activities and support systems.

Develop and update SOPs
