Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Scientific Communications & Medical Operations Reporting to the Executive Director, Scientific Communications, the successful candidate will support operational and planning aspects of medical congress and publication activities. This role focuses on operational coordination, process management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scientific communication deliverables, including publications and congress materials/activities are executed compliantly.

Partner with Scientific Communications, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional stakeholders to track and ensure timely delivery of congress activities across medical affairs.

Proactively manage timelines and status trackers for medical congress activities and maintain accurate and up-to-date congress and publication plans.

Manage and administrate standard systems for review and tracking of publications and medical materials, including routing and trackingreview and running reports.

Operational execution of congress activities, including booth scheduling, vendor coordination, metrics and asset tracking, badge procurement, and meeting registration.
