Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Finance
5+ years of experience in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain (manufacturing, building materials, industrial, or CPG preferred)
Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and financial fundamentals
Proven ability to lead through influence across multiple stakeholders
Advanced Excel and ERP/MRP experience
Track record of improving operational performance in a fast-paced environment

To support that growth, we need stronger operational ownership and cross-functional alignment. This role ensures wholesale products flow efficiently from vendors to distribution centers to customers — with the right inventory, service levels, and cost structure in place.
