Responsibilities
The Service Catalog Manager will develop, document, and maintain the Service Catalog, ensuring all service descriptions, SLOs, and pricing (if applicable) are up to date and accurate.
This person will work with technical and business teams to add new services and update existing ones in the catalog as the Client System evolves.
The Service Catalog Manager will oversee the service catalog's operational content, including the creation and maintenance of service level agreements, operational level agreements, and user-facing documentation.
They will coordinate lifecycle updates within the catalog, support catalog management tools, and help ensure that the catalog aligns with both user and program needs.
Additionally, the Service Catalog Manager will promote catalog awareness alongside the communications team and remain informed about catalog management and ITSM best practices.
