Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
Experience in a multi-location or high-volume environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and follow-through.
Responsibilities
Serve as the local HR point of contact for employees and leaders, providing front-line support and guidance.
Support employee relations matters, including intake, documentation, coaching conversations, and escalation to Regional HR Managers as appropriate.
Assist with time and attendance issues, PTO inquiries, and basic payroll coordination.
Coordinate on onboarding logistics, background checks, orientation support, and first-day readiness.
Support disciplinary and corrective action processes by preparing documentation and tracking steps.
Assist with offboarding processes, including exit logistics and system notifications.
